This policy explains the main data Agro uses to operate accounts, orders, payments, deliveries and support.
Data we collect
We may collect account information, contact details, delivery addresses, GPS locations needed for delivery, order and payment statuses, product/shop data, delivery proof photos and certain technical device/app data.
How we use it
We use this data for account creation, order processing, delivery tracking, payment confirmation, fraud prevention, support and complaint/dispute handling.
Payments
Agro does not store Orange Money PINs or card secrets. Payment providers process the confirmations needed to update order status.
Location and photos
Delivery partner GPS is used during an active delivery and stops when the delivery or return is completed.
Package and delivery photos are used to verify pickup and handover. They are deleted after 24 hours unless a complaint or dispute requires retention.
Sharing, rights and security
Buyers, sellers, delivery partners and admins only see the information necessary for their role. Payment or logistics providers receive only the data needed for the service.
You may request access, correction or deletion through Agro support. We use reasonable technical controls to protect information.
This policy may be adapted to applicable legal requirements in Côte d’Ivoire and payment partner requirements.
